Very sad news. Bernie Torme always supported my various charity auctions through the years and it was a real honour & pleasure to interview him late last year.
Will always remember the first time I saw/heard him playing with Gillan on Top of the Pops back in the early 80’s.
Bernie Tormé passed away on Sunday, March 17 at the age of 66. He was hospitalized last month with double pneumonia.
Great guitarist and a lovely person. RIP
